B Lazy M Ranch i s a 1,600-acre working cattle ranch, divided into 46-35 acre parcels bordered on 3 sides by Mueller State Park.
The Ranch is governed by a Ranch Owners Association, recorded covenants, bylaws and rules (policies) designed to keep a harmonious relationship between the owners living there and the stewardship of an operating cattle ranch. Please click on Recorded Documents to review.
A BLM Member commenced litigation with the Association alleging that special assessments made in 2005 were not legal. That issue has not been litigated and the outcome remains for the court to decide. |
