Architecture

Each 35-acre tract of land is allowed one homesite. The site may be filled in with no more than three acres of property. There are three separate approvals that are required:

	A. Driveway Permit
	B Well Permit
	C. Preliminary Building Plan Approval
	D. Final Building Plan Approval
