Plan for Jordan Dam & Lake

When the original developer of B Lazy M Ranch developed the property, he sought and obtained approval to build a dam, called the Jordan Dam.  The issued permits for the dam and advised that water could be stored in the Lake.  The original developer and subsequent Boards of Directors were unaware that a Water Storage Right was also required.

There is presently no Water Storage Right for the ROA, however the members voted to assess themselves to attempt to obtain this right and re-fill the lake.
